About Cushen Nutrition
I am a very experienced dietitian and I have worked with both children and adults for around 16 years. I graduated in 2003 from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff (UWIC) with a BSC honours degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with registration.
I offer private consultations to adults, parents with children and babies and I also offer nutrition consultancy to businesses, training to schools, nurseries, care and residential homes and article writing. I can help with various food allergies and intolerances and I am also very experienced in dealing with children and adults on enteral feeds, including those who choose a blended diet.
I enjoy working with people and organisations to get to the root of the problem and offer practical solutions to overcome these problems.
I am particularly interested the Immune system which includes: Allergies such as: Cows milk allergy, Egg, nut, wheat and pollen food syndrome, auto immune conditions such as: Coeliac Disease; Thyroid disorders such as Graves Disease; Arthritis such as: Rheumatoid, psoriatic arthritis.
